Denied refund on an item not matching description

Hey guys. I submitted to refund a card (within 30 minutes of buying) I thought I was getting a good deal on that I’ve been looking for and seen in the description it’s listed as a holo rare which is honestly sometimes not easy to tell without a few pics. This one isn’t and the price difference is huge. I got denied and it’s only been an hour. Do I go to my bank now? This isn’t right. He legit denied it and added tracking.

@vwisking . A buyer can only request to cancel, the seller can accept or decline. Don't go to your bank or eBay can no longer help you. If they deny you are at the end of the line. You will get a refund but have to be patient. File a not as described return request within 3 days of the date of delivery. The eBay Money Back Guarantee over rules the sellers return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to file a not as described return request for most categories AND 3 days for Trading Cards.
