Denied claims from USPS
I mailed an item and when it was delivered it was completely broken and the box was damaged. I was denied twice and had photos and the part on the shipping saying item was insured by ebay. What is my next step?

A claim can be denied if eBay deems the packaging was insufficient to get the item to the buyer safety by withstanding the normal (i.e. very rough) handling it receives during sorting and transit. When you send photos, in addition to the damaged package, you should also send photos of the packaging materials used to protect the item.
I don't know if insufficient packaging was the case or some other reason (for example the claim was filed too late), I'm just taking a guess.What reason did USPS give?
