denied appeal
I purchased an item on eBay and I never received the item. I contacted the seller. The seller said they would not help me. I contacted eBay. They indicated they will not help me. I appealed. They denied my appeal. I then followed up with a declaration as they requested and they again denied my appeal. I paid money for an item that I never received what can I do?

Mentor7 months agoIf tracking information does not indicate that the item was delivered, contact the funding source that you used to pay for the item.
