Denied appeal
Why do I have to refund a buyer even though they received the item. I have tracking and was out of town with a family emergency and did not go on eBay for a few weeks. And today my back was debt $500. I went and finger the tracking and called eBay and they just sent a notification that my request was denied. How is that possible? I even have a pic of the package in the porch. I buyer will not respond to me. What to do????
