Denial of refund is Wrong decision by eBay !!!

Question

I ordered a chainsaw "Jonsered" red and white chainsaw bar.

the company sent a grey Husky bar as seen below.

They even show red and white bar on their ad.

This is what I got , not even close to other bar .

I'm restoring a old Jonsered saw and wanted the white bar.

the company keeps saying there is tracking to prove it was delivered, but the grey bar was delivered.

EBay agreed and denied my claim they said my item was received and shown by tracking.

yes a item was received but THE WRONG ITEM !!!!

The company said they would resolve it and sent me the same tracking number from first time.

EBay how is this right in your opinion.

You denied my appeal you must not have even look at the pictures I uploaded

They sent me wrong item and you agreed with them, shame on you !!!!!!

Sounds like you filed the wrong request.

You need to file a Return Request:

Go to your Purchase History, find the item, and under â€œMore actionsâ€ click on â€œReturn itemâ€ and select the reason for the return.
The seller will have 3 days to either accept the return and provide a prepaid return shipping label OR refund without having you return the item.
If they don't do either, you can go back to your Return Request details 4 days after you filed the Request and ask Ebay to step in.
