Sellers item sold and shipped via UPS by label bought on eBay. Item demolished in transit; covered 100% by UPS insurance. Seller, me, refunds 100% as buyer got nothing for their money. Ebay will not pay claim for insurance; UPS will not pay claim as eBay sold label. So, classic no one wants to pay an insurance claim without a lawyer.......
