Demaged item in transit
The buyer received both lamps broken. I purchased the FedEx shipping label directly through eBay, and the items were packed very securely. I need to know how to file a damage claim and whether this shipment has insurance coverage.

The buyer received both lamps broken. I purchased the FedEx shipping label directly through eBay, and I packed both lamps very carefully and securely. The buyer has already sent me photos showing that both lamps arrived damaged.
I cannot find an option to file a shipping damage claim on the order. Could you please check whether this shipment has any insurance or shipping protection and tell me how I can file a claim with FedEx through eBay?
I have the buyer’s photos, the tracking number, and all the order information. The buyer is also keeping the original box and packaging.
