Delivery/tracking information
Why are there certain vendors who have items delivered by local stores, such as Walmart, and then post fake tracking numbers by UPS or FedEx with someone else's purchases as if it was delivered to us? Is this practice actually approved or encouraged by Ebay?

This is against eBay policy.
Listing an item on eBay and then purchasing the item from another retailer or marketplace that ships directly to your customer is NOT allowed on eBay.
