What can I do if I have tracking number, but it is not working yet and the seller is not responding to my message for more information.

Mentor2 years agoHow long has it been since you received the tracking number?
If it was just recently, the seller may not have taken the package to the carrier to have it updated. You might need to wait until Monday for it to be active/updated.

OP2 years agoThanks.I paid for the item on 18th July,the track number has been given on 19th July.

Mentor2 years agoIt's possible that the seller plans to ship on Monday. When we print the label on eBay it automatically sends the tracking number even though we may not be able to ship over the weekend.
We can set a ship date but eBay's system still sends the tracking number right away.
I would wait until late Monday to see if the tracking updates.
Check back if you don't see action in the next few days.
