Delivery update manipulation

Sorry. I'm a bit upset. Regarding a puchase from China. eBay’s refund policy expired after Orange Connex or UniUni kept changing delivery dates. The policy, as AI flattley states, expires 30 days after the estimated delivery date. eBay AI doesn't care if the shipper changed the delivery date 6 TIMES. Now ebay's AI is blocking any resolution or access to a human based on its absolute ignorant reasoning "it expired". I think this is a scam because the shipper(s) and seller know eBay's ghosting us on human support & know how to break the rules. The item's "Clearance was completed" and then two days later "In Transit" , then 3 days later it was back in customs being inspected again. Then given a new delivery date of Aug 14th which was 30 days farther out. In the last update Orange Connex or UniUni stated that it's on permanent hold by customs. Seller won't talk or refund. I lose and ebay doesn't even know the theft has occured because AI IS BLOCKING THE WAY. This stinks of manipulation. For all I know my item, or something entirely different, is in the US some where. Anyone else have this experience?
