Hello, I need to have a sold product marked as sold as I have received verifiable confirmation from USPS that the product shipped has been delivered.

All new Sellers will have their funds held for approximately 30 days in the event of a refund request. EBay allows Buyers up to 30 days from delivery to request a refund and the Seller needs to have the funds available to cover that. This applies even if tracking shows delivered.

Once you have additional successful sales, eBay will start releasing your funds sooner.
