Mentor2 weeks agoAre you saying your package is taking a day longer than expected? Usually, the seller has no control over the shipping once it is in transit.
If the item shows it will be delivered tomorrow, wait until then and come back if it is not delivered.
If it never gets delivered, you are usually covered by eBay Money Back Guarantee.
If your item hasn't arrived by the estimated delivery date, you can report that you didn't receive it to the seller for an update, replacement, or refund.
Go to your Purchases and find the item.
Select More actions beside the item, then choose I didn't receive it.
Check the box for either I'd like a refund or I'd still like the item.
Enter any additional information and send your request.
You need to report that your item wasn't received within 30 calendar days after the delivery date to be eligible for buyer protections.
If the seller doesn't respond within 3 business days or doesn't provide a resolution, you can ask eBay to step in and help within 21 business days of opening the request:
In your Purchases, select See request details for the item.
Choose Ask eBay to step in and help, select a reason, then confirm.
If your item arrives after reporting it, you can close your request to let the seller know the issue is resolved.
