delivery postpone
I bought a tape recorder spare part on September 4th, from Canada, I tracked the delivery and I was supposed to receive it on September 12th. I didn't receive it, but on September 13th, it appears that the seller is shipping it again and I have a delivery date of October 1st. How is this possible, what is happening? How can I wait 30 days in the 21st century?
