How can you let eBay know that an item has arrived if there was no tracking number? I received the item, but other than leaving feedback, is there no formal way to say I received my purchase so the buyer can get their payment?

Hi @iyqjay

If it was a trading card the Seller used eBay's Standard Envelope feature which is really metered mail. The last scan would be one bulk mail center before your local post office. The "tracking" number on metered mail is not the same as a normal USPS tracking number so your local Post Office cannot scan it nor can the delivery person.

If that is what happened and you have left Feedback then you are done.
