Delivery not scanned
Buyer left a review which confirms delivery, but delivery was not scanned. Still stuck on unscanned delivery and no payout is scheduled. How can I get payout?

eBay will still pay the seller if there is no tracking showing delivery as long as the buyer does not complain. It may take longer than if tracking was complete, but it will still happen.
New sellers should expect funds can be held for up to thirty-one days in any event.
