delivery not received!!
I purchased a backrest for my Goldwing last month. The day after my card was charged, I get an email claiming thaat my item was last stock and offered a refund. But all links to attempt to get the offered refund seem to stop ata dead end. When I follow steps for the refund I get as far as the communications page and get a message in red "something went wrongCould not open page try again later" I have tried what little is possible to contact ebay and I have tried all possible ways I can find to contact the seller. But nothing! And im out nearly $120.00 dollars! Then to be more insulting, they attempt to email again offering a refund, but again the links to them for this are broken! Anyone got ideas on this?? I think they are China based pretending to be US based seller too!...seller is listed as rrasow in California.

Mentor5 months agoIf you are using the new messaging system, start typing where it says SEND MESSAGE. The area will enlarge as you type. When done typing, click on that "paper airplane" looking arrow on the right side to send the message.
