delivery made seller still gets refund
Gave ebay tracking number, usps states delivered, buyer stated never received, ebay still gives money back, i lost item, shipping i was charged, and 145 .00 for the item, 2nd time this has happened, does ebay always go with seller?

It sounds like you are mixing up the buyer and seller.
You are the seller, right? Did you reply to the case the buyer opened with the tracking # to prove delivery? If you didn't, that would be why eBay forced the refund.
