Delivery Issues
Ive had 3 orders that either weren't delivered or were late and the buyers opened up a claim. Tracking info shows I dropped it off to USPS but now ebay is saying I have unusual selling and holding my funds again until items get delivered but its not my fault USPS has been delayed or not delivered the items. Has anyone else had these issues? I just feel defeated as I just opened my ebay store this month and mail out the following day unless its weekend then I mail out on Monday.

Mentor8 months agoGo to each of the items in your Seller Hub > Orders > Paid & shipped
Click on the tracking number to be taken to the carrier. Then look for the link to enter your email address to be sent updated tracking information. Hopefully that will update so your buyers can see that the packages are in transit or why they are delayed.
