Delivery issues.
Who is the best person to speak to as a seller the item I sold was not delivered or handled correctly. It seems the buyer had the delivery done unprofessionally as I see from their pics the box is battered and thrown over a fence.
she has 14 days to return and already the buyer wants to add cost to check with the manufacturer about servicing it the item once it’s installed.
I’m assuming she will return it and I can’t find any info about this issue

-What was the item?
-Was it a Local pick up and the Buyer arranged for it to be picked up?
-Did you ship it?

-Was the item New in box or used?
