Delivery issue
I sold a item and the package was delivered ,but my money is on hold for none delivery . I contacted the buyer and they confirmed that the package was delivered. I have the shipping receipt with tracking number ,and verified that is was delivered , I've tried to talk with agent on ebay , there automatic system is running me in a circle ,I finally got hold of ebay agent but couldn't understand them , there English wasn't not understandable , they hung up and I can't get hold of another agent since, I'm all out of options here , how can I get my money out of jail .
