Delivery instructions
Is it possible to put delivery instructions on my account for the delivery company to follow... like "I can only recieve delivery's between 9am and 5pm, M-F. No weekend delivery's please? If after these hours, or on the weekend, please return the delivery to the hub for delivery the next opportunity to follow these instructions is presented?"

No, there is no place in eBay to do that.
Your best option would be to contact fedex ups and your local po and ask how to set those restrictions with them.
