Delivery Fee in person
This is the message I received from a seller, which I consider confusing since I paid for the shipping on the eBay platform:
The $50 delivery fee is in person with the delivery going to "the address to which I specified delivery" so make sure the cash is ready for delivery. Simply tell me the date and time and I willl be there. Thank you.
Can anyone tell me if the same thing has happened to them, also if they can tell me how to go to eBay before it's too late and they don't respond to me with a refund of my money if necessary?IIsn't the seller supposed to have used eBay's own shipping center, since the address I indicated is local to the United States of America?

If you paid for the item AND shipping message the Seller and tell them to ship the item per the listing on eBay that you paid for.
You can also see where the item is located on the item in your purchase history ... are they nearby??? If not then don't expect them to show up at your door.
They may have you confused with another customer who purchased something Local Pick up and you got a message intended for someone else.

OP2 years agoThank you very much for your advice, I used what you told me and I let the seller know, especially to respect the published purchase conditions, I also had to request direct help with eBay, but I thank you for your response.

You are more than welcome, check the item in your Purchase history to see if tracking has been uploaded ... if not just wait one day past the original estimated delivery date and file a claim that you did not receive the item ... follow the instructions on the claim to lead to an eventual refund.
