Delivery confirmation but no package actually received
After delivery confirmation email at 12:30 pm, returned home at 2:30 and there was no package anywhere. No direct tracking info available, only through eBay. No picture in confirmation. Can’t reach any live person with eBay. Sent seller the status issue and was told only that it shows delivered. I am aware it shows delivered, but I dint get it. It was most likely left at the wrong address since I’ve never had anything stolen, safe neighborhood, and it was two hours in the middle of the day. A photo would clear it up of one was taken, but I can’t reach anyone helpful to speak to about it. I paid for the item it shows delivered, I didn’t get it, no live help. What do I do?

Mentor1 year agoTake the tracking number down to the carrier and have them check their GPS for where the package was delivered. If not to your address, they should attempt to retrieve the package. If it was to your address, someone may have stolen the package. Report it to the police, as well as your home owners insurance.
