Delivery attempted at unavailable hour
One of my purchases has had two delivery attempts, but both were at times when I'm not available. Is there a way to tell the agent to make the delivery between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m.?
I use a fowarding service which only opens between those hours(my country doesn't have postal services).

OP11 months agoForgot to mention, the shipping company is Pitney Bowes, and i cant find any type of customer support on their website.
