Delivery as a buyer
I placed an order on eBay. Tracking shows it was delivered today at 11:18 am. I did not receive the package and the photo taken by FedEx is not my porch. I called FedEx and was told my name and address is not associated with that tracking number. On my order that tracking number is under my name and address. FedEx will not tell me where the package was delivered. The seller has not returned my messages as of now. I found a number for EBay customer service online but she was asking me banking information and I don’t think EBay would ask that and she was trying to set up remote access to my EBay so I hung up on her. I cannot find a legit no to contact EBay for help and the virtual assistance keeps me going in circles as it shows the item delivered. What do I do????
