Delivery Address Issue

Question

After a purchase, the buyer sent me an error message that he is getting about his delivery address. It states: "Unfortunately, this seller won't post to your location. Please update your delivery address or contact the seller to get a postage location." I am in the USA and the buyer is in AUS. His address is a parcel locker.

I've checked all the relevant settings and I cannot figure out why this is occurring. Can anybody help me with this issue?

When this happens, it's usually because there is an error in the shipping section of that listing.

Either the weight or dimensions are wrong or the shipping service offered does not support those numbers.

I would double check your entries.

The other issue might be if the item cannot ship to certain states.
