Hello I am a seller and my info says order is complete and your funds are available, but item is not marked as delivered. Does this mean the buyer did not receive the order yet? Thank you thank you for your time

Mentor3 weeks ago@alicandreade0 What does the tracking say on the shipping carriers website? The tracking on eBay doesn't always update right away and can take a few days.
