delivery
My item as been shipped and delivered but it is not showing on my item dashboard. I used a third party shipping company and provided tracking. Does anyone know what to do. Ebay chat bot sucks

Mentor6 months ago@percivalc_0 What third party shipping company did you use? Not all shipping companies integrate with the eBay site.
Did you get the REQUIRED signature on delivery? Signature on delivery is required on all sales that total $750 or more.
Since the sale is over $1k funds are likely to held for at least 31 days.

Click this link> https://www.ebay.com/help/selling/getting-paid/getting-paid-items-youve-sold?id=4814
Then Type PAYOUT In the chat bot box on the lower right.
Then AGENT after the bot responds. You might have to repeat those steps.
