Delivery
The product is not moving during delivery. The arrival time is 2 days, but I haven't received the delivery yet. Seller has not been contacted. Sellers know this. However, they do not contact the post office and do not respond. What should I do? Please hlep us. It need . So we bought ! Please ask Seller and slove the problems! Thanks dear

Mentor3 years agoThere is nothing to do until the package is late. If the item was send by ground services, it can look like it isn't moving when it is on a truck moving across the country.
After the last expected delivery date, but no more than 30 days after the last expected delivery date, go to your purchase history - select 'I haven't received it' and follow the prompts.
The seller has 3 business days to provide tracking that shows delivery, or a refund. If he doesn't, go to your case and click 'ask us to step in'.
