Delivering item in person
I delivered items instead of shipping them so there is no tracking # to add. How do I complete the listing?

Well, if eBay expected you to ship and upload a tracking number within your Handling time but you did not do that then your account may be subject to a late shipping defect.
You can use the pull down menu on the Sold item and select the choice that you shipped it.
Years ago before all of the Seller Metrics I did something similar EXCEPT I told the customer they would receive a small box with tracking and a thank you note inside to satisfy the transaction's tracking requirement ... they got a chuckle out of that but had no issue with it either. They were glad I dropped the item off, it was an old railroad lantern with a clear glass globe ... had delivering eliminated the chance for damage in shipment.
