Deliveries during non-business hours
Hey folks,
Is there a place in account settings to put a note for delivery drivers that would be a standing note for every order? We are having drivers leave our packages outside our locked gates just on the ground for anybody walking by can just pick them up when we are closed. We would like to be able to say something like please do not leave packages during non-business hours. Please redeliver. Or even be able to put our business hours so the driver knows ahead of time.

Mentor5 months agoUnfortunately eBay has no way to do this. You would need to ask the shipping carrier about this since eBay does not control what the shipping carrier does when delivering packages.
