Delivered to wrong address _ Out $210

Question

Placed an order with a seller based in the Uk. Advised Seller of correct shipping address & they said no problem. Order ships, takes 2 weeks and...ORDERED DELIVERED TO WRONG ADDRESS. contacted both the Seller and Ebay, even filed an appeal with EBay for PROOF OF DELIVERY TO CORRECT ADDRESS.

The claim & appeal have been denied, seller refuses to refund, proof of delivery to correct address is being denied as well.

Fed up with lack of human response, does anyone know of any other recourse for this?

Advising the seller of an incorrect address is not the proper procedure. Sellers must ship to the address provided by the buyer at checkout. This protects both you and the seller. You should have changed the address at checkout. Sorry, but this is not the seller's fault. Did you have a forwarding order from the old address to the new address? Not sure what to tell you here. You chose the ship to address.

Advised Seller of correct shipping address & they said no problem. That is a problem. The seller needs to send to the SHIP TO address attached to the payment. If that address was not correct, the seller should have cancelled the transaction, relisted the item so you can change the ship to address before making payment.

@cruis_3717 neither ebay nor the seller deliver packages, the shipping company does, so contact them for proof of delivery to YOUR address
