Delivered to the Incorrect Address
What if eBay sent the label for the incorrect address, how would I handle this and how can I speak with a real person ?

Mentor1 year agoAll buyers need to keep their SHIP TO address up to date. If a seller uses ebay shipping, that SHIP TO address is the one used for the label. If the buyer files an Item Not Received case, you reply with the tracking number, and you will win the case. If the package is returned to you, you can refund the item price only to the buyer.
