    Delivered to agent a week ago with no tracking update
                     

    I have an item that sold on Jan 2. Packed and shipped on the 3rd. Tracking said out for delivery on Jan 7.  Everything looked fine. Then I checked tracking again and it said delivered to an agent. I have not seen or heard anything since. Did I get scammed? I tried to contact eBay but so far it has taken me to auto-help.

    Any info would be greatly appreciated. So far coming back to eBay after a few years off has been a total PITA.
