Delivered packages but not on my perperty to be found

Question

Can a buyer have a post office. Ive had three packages in the last month say delivered had USPS LOOk into it and nothing can be done

When the fake tracking happens ebay cannot access any other information other than what shows up in the tracking information you see, which does not include the delivery address. That's why your dispute was closed.

To get the note you need to appeal a closed item not received dispute follow the info below.

When you to go to your P.O., You need to bring a copy of your order details page which shows your address and the tracking number with you. If you bought using a phone or tablet, you can bring that to show the clerk the order details. You want to ask the clerk to check the label address against yours on the order details page, and also to check the Package type/size/weight info to see if was is appropriate for what you should have received. If you can look up the Mfr.'s specifications for the item and bring that with you as well.

If the info does not match up, you ask the clerk or Postmaster to write a note on USPS stationary saying in general that the shipping label's address was not the same as the one on your ebay Order Details page, and if applicable that the package type/size/weight was not right for what you should have received. Do not ask them to write specific address or package info, they cannot give it out. Have the clerk or Postmaster print their name then sign and date the note.

Some postmasters will not write a note or allow their employees to write those notes. You can go to another P.O. to try and get one from them.

When you use one of the social media links given by @mr_lincoln , use the private message option to for contacting a rep. You need to give them the seller's username and the ebay item number, which can be found in your Order details under the item title it is 12 characters long with out any hyphens.

Unfortunately, you have fallen prey to the False tracking number scam. You filed a claim through eBay that you did not receive the item but since tracking showed it was delivered, they ruled against you.

You need to get a document from the Post Office stating that the package was not delivered to your address and then contact eBay with that information to prove delivery confirmation was to a different address than yours. Make sure you tell eBay it was a False tracking number scam.

If for some reason eBay does not refund you then you will have to pursue a dispute with your card company or PayPal. Just know that if you do that eBay will not support you at all if you run into issues with the dispute.
