Delivered package
According to the tracking, it shows “Delivered – Parcel Locker,†but I live in a house and there are no parcel lockers anywhere nearby. All of my packages are normally delivered directly to my doorstep. Unfortunately, I have not received this package.

Unfortunately, you have fallen prey to the False tracking number scam.
You need to get a document from the Post Office stating that the package was not delivered to your address and then contact eBay with that information to prove delivery confirmation was to a different address than yours. Make sure you tell eBay it was a False tracking number scam.

If for some reason eBay does not refund you then you will have to pursue a dispute with your card company or PayPal. Just know that if you do that eBay will not support you at all if you run into issues with the dispute.
