Delivered or not?
The packege i sent is going over seas it was marked deliverd to an agent at a shipping Hub. Is that delivered enough to get paid or not? Any help is appriciated

However fund holds do still apply.
As a fellow seller I understand that waiting for your payout is frustrating.
Fund holds are normal for new and returning sellers.
New or infrequent sellers will experience transaction holds while learning best selling practices. This helps sellers become established and build a strong selling history on eBay. New sellers can experience holds for up to 31 days.
