Delivered on tracking, but never arrived.
I ordered two parts from an eBay seller, both say delivered, but I only got one part, inside of a large box, that looks like it was for the other part. The only reply I got was something along the lines of "I sent both, so if you received one you received both", so I don't think he's going to be of any help. and eBay closed the refund request after he showed them the tracking information, simply saying it was delivered, what can I do?
