Delivered items not marked "delivered"
I sold and shipped an item and monitored the tracking number. The item was delivered on time, but eBay never marked it as "delivered". It's been nearly two months since sucessful delivery, but the item still only says "shipped". I refuse to leave buyer feedback until eBay marks my package as "delivered". This is the second time that this has happened to me. When it happened the first time a couple years ago, I spoke to someone at eBay, and they couldn't explain it either. They only marked it shipped because the buyer was kind enough to confirm that she'd received the package. What's going on?

Mentor7 months agoGo to your Seller Hub > Orders > Paid & shipped
Locate the transaction, click the tracking number so you are taken to the carrier's website. Look for the link to enter your email address to be sent updated tracking information. Hopefully, that will also update the tracking to ebay.
