What is the use of having a company when you can't get hold of them.

eBay shows that you are registered from the U.K. The eBay U.K. policies should be similiar though. With eBay U.S., ALL new or infrequent Sellers have their funds held for about 30 days in the event a Buyer wants to request a return. eBay's return policy is 30 days.
