Delivered item yet bot received

Question

I returned the shoe I bought to the seller. I tracked it on Royal mail with the reference no: DF722012747GB and it shows delivered . But the seller is saying the item hasn't been received. I need your assurance ebay on this.

@onyig70 , When you return an item to a seller you should have sent them a message with the tracking number so ebay has proof that you shipped it. Adding a scan or a photo of the postal receipt would be a good idea as well. Do that now if you have not done that already. If you were returning the item because it was not as described, the seller should have paid for the return shipping.
