Delivered item not scanned by carrier
Item was received. Days ago. Apparently the carrier didn’t scan the item. It still hasn’t registered as delivered which means I don’t get paid. And the item remains unresolved. Do I hand to contact the post office at the delivery address?

Mentor4 months agoGo to the Sold & shipped item, click on the tracking number to be taken to the carrier's website. Look for the link to enter your email address to be sent updated tracking information. That should lead the carrier to updating the tracking information to ebay.
