Delivered item confirmed by buyer..still not marked as delivered in ebay

I have an item delivered to buyer. Confirmed by buyer as delivered and gave a positive feedback. Yet the item is still marked not delivered holding up my funds. How do I get this resolved

You need to check the tracking on the shipping carriers website. If the package shows delivered on that site you need to contact customer service and ask them to manually check the tracking on that site to prove delivery.

You can contact customer service using this link and ask for a call back: eBay Customer Service Customer service is open from 5am to 9pm Pacific Time. Unfortunately you will still need to answer the AI bot questions in order to get help. eBay removed our way to get around the questions so you may need to ask for “Agent” several times before the system gets the message and lets you ask for the call back.
