How does the release of funds work if can deliver items to buyer with out mailing?

Mentor9 months agoIf you did not list with Local Pickup, ebay will be looking for a tracking number to show Delivered. Since there is no tracking number, if the buyer does not file an Item Not Received case, ebay will most likely hold the payout for up to 30 days.
