Delivered Item
I placed an order from a buyer. According to the tracking details it was delivered by USPS and put in my locked mailbox. I went to check and the items were not in the mailbox. USPS is closed for the 4th of July holiday and ebay chat service is down till Sunday the 2nd. How do I find my items?

Mentor3 years agoCustomer service can not help. The PO will be open on Monday - they are closed on July 4th.
Take the tracking # to your PO and ask the clerk to look up the delivery. The scanners have gps, so they can see exactly where the package was delivered. If mis-delivered, the carrier should try to retrieve the package for you.
