Delivered in Person. How does Buyer mark item as DELIVERED?
I met the Buyer in person and gave him the item.
I mark the sale as Shipped.
How does the Buyer now mark the item as Delivered?
He doesn’t see option.

He can’t mark it delivered or received. All you can do is mark it shipped.
There is a code for a local pickup, but you must offer local pick up in the listing and the buyer must select that when he makes his purchase. You can not change it after the sale.

OP1 year agoThanks for the information. I’m new to selling on eBay.
Since I didn’t mark as local pickup, I guess I’ll mark the item as shipped.
Does the buyer need to do anything to complete the sale?
He told me that he can’t mark as delivered.
Will eBay need any information to complete the sale and pay the purchase?

There is nothing that the buyer needs to do or can do. eBay may hold the payment a bit longer since there will not be tracking that shows delivery. All payments for new sellers are held generally 14 - 21 days and up to 30 days.
