Delivered but still says shipping.

Question

I recently sold a baseball card and I sent it out for shipping over 12 days ago and recently I contacted the buyer and they said they had it but on my seller page it still says shipping and not delivered.

If you have to refund the buyer for an Item Not Delivered case, you can get reimbursed here:

If the buyer never files a case, the payout will be done after 31 days.
