Delivered, but hasn't received
I shipped a package via UPS with a signature requirement, and the tracking information shows that it has been delivered and signed for by someone. However, my customer is telling me that they did not receive the package. He checked with the post office, and nobody there knew the person who signed for it. What can I do in this case?
