I shipped an item a buyer purchased on the 28th of March and it has already been delivered according to the tracking and the buyer himself. But, my payout is still on hold. Why? When can I expect to be paid?

ALL new and infrequent Sellers have their payouts held for approximately 30 days in the event of a dispute. Buyers have 30 days to request a refund and the Seller needs to have the funds to cover that. This is especially true for transactions over $1000.
Once you have a track records of successful sales in the U.S., your funds will be released quicker.
