Mentor1 year ago@zigluke File the return request. Get your refund. Then after you are happy ask the seller to send you a feedback revision request. A feedback revision request is the only way that you can change the negative to a positive feedback.
I do NOT recommend changing the feedback until after you get the refund.
It is best to reach out to a seller first and see if you can settle things before leaving negative feedback.
